We want you to have a great experience using Invoplex. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for subscription purchases made through Invoplex.
By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to this Refund Policy.
By using Invoplex, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that use of the platform is at your own risk. Invoplex is not liable for losses, damages, or data errors. If you spot a calculation issue, please contact us so we can investigate. We only process your data entered.
General Refund Principle
All subscriptions to Invoplex are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our secure payment and licensing partner.
Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with the guidelines below.
Because Invoplex is a digital service with immediate access to premium features, most purchases are non-refundable, except under specific circumstances.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly plans are non-refundable.
When you cancel a monthly plan:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle
- You will not be charged again
- No partial or prorated refunds are offered
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on how much of the yearly term has passed.
If you request a refund:
- Used months are charged at the full monthly rate
- The remaining unused balance may be refunded
- Refunds will not be issued for periods older than 30 days from the request date
This protects Invoplex from abuse while keeping things fair for genuine customers.
Duplicate or Accidental Charges
If you were accidentally charged twice or charged after cancelling:

- We will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate
- Refunds for accidental duplicate charges are always honoured
Technical Issues
Invoplex is provided on a best-effort basis.
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service:
- You must contact us promptly and allow us to resolve the issue
- Inability to use a feature due to user error, misconfiguration, or external factors is not grounds for a refund
- Refunds are not guaranteed for technical issues but may be considered on a case-by-case basis
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback through your bank or card provider without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Loss of access to your data
- Permanent closure of your account

Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Add-ons or future premium features
- Previous subscription cycles
- Payments made more than 30 days ago
- Amounts relating to tax or exchange rates
- Any discounts, credits, or promotional offers
Subscriptions Purchased Through Third Parties
If you subscribed through a platform or app store other than Invoplex or Lemon Squeezy, their refund rules apply and we cannot override them.
Cancellation Does Not Trigger a Refund
Cancelling your subscription:
- Stops future billing
- Does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period
- Keeps your account active until the end of the paid term

We usually respond within 3–5 business days.
Final Decision
All refund decisions are made at our discretion and based on this policy.
Invoplex reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests.
